I oversee these UBC Job Corps programs:

Anaconda, Clearfield, Sierra Nevada, Trapper Creek, Weber Basin and Wind River

I've been with the UBC Job Corps since:

2022

Previously, I was a UBC Job Corps Instructor at:

Wind River

Before I started teaching at the UBC Job Corps, my work in the field included:

I worked for general contractors and in the oil and gas industry, where I designed and constructed temporary facilities for oil and gas wells.

The best/most interestingthing about my job is:

The most interesting part of my job is working with the pre-apprentices. Each of them has their own unique story and motivation for coming to Job Corps, but they all share the same goal: to become carpenters and build a successful career.

My favorite things to do when not working include:

I am a Husband and Father through and through. I enjoy any time I can spend with family. As my children grow those activities change, but whatever they may be that is where I want to be.

A little more to know about me or a favorite quote I'd like my prospective students to know:

The greatest asset you can offer a future employer is being dependable, being accountable. If you can be those things, you will go far.
