I oversee these UBC Job Corps programs:

Edison, Harpers Ferry, Keystone, Potomac, Red Rock, Woodland and Woodstock

I've been with the UBC Job Corps since:

2010

Previously, I was a UBC Job Corps Instructor at:

Edison

Before I started teaching at the UBC Job Corps, my work in the field included:

Commercial construction carpentry

The best/most interestingthing about my job is:

The company culture that is like no other. We have many leaders that have encouraged me and have given me the tools I need to succeed. I'm thankful for the opportunity to work with the UBC Job Corps and I am confident we will continue to improve the lives of our students.

My favorite things to do when not working include:

I spend my free time hanging with family and, of course, our family dog, Bo. Also, I like to stay active and exercise often. You can find me at the beach swimming, in the gym, lifting weights or training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

A little more to know about me or a favorite quote I'd like my prospective students to know:

I have had many students train in my shop and have many success stories. I genuinely like to teach others and help them join our trade union. What you learn is yours forever.
